CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
Getting the balance right PML has always subscribed to the view that success in business brings with it a wide range of responsibilities - to the community, to staff, to clients, and to the environment. We have built a business that has taken those responsibilities as seriously as we take any other aspect of our business development.
Today Corporate Responsibility is an integral part of our business driven by our Managing Director, Kim Newman.
Giving Back to Our Communities
PML has always sought to make a real difference to the communities around us. We have developed a wide-range of professional, charitable and community support, and today we offer our people every opportunity and encouragement both to take part in our corporate initiatives and to support their own causes.
Our focus as a company this year is on supporting our colleague, Colin Phelan, to successfully complete the London Marathon in aid of RP Blindness. RP (Retinitis Pigmentosis) is the eye condition that Colin suffers from and he has committed with his guide runner, Terry, to a challenging sponsorship target that we are committed to exceeding with your support.
The treatment and subsequent cure for RP which appeared to be decades away is now becoming a reality and Colin is doing this to play his part in this journey. Click on the link below to go to Colin's Just Giving site to read his story and please support him in this venture

Respecting People
Life is more than work, and we encourage our people to balance work with family and social life, so that the company provides a supportive framework for both professional and personal development.
We are committed to the recruitment and development of talented people and we operate under the terms of a Diversity Policy to ensure that equal opportunities are provided to all and a Health & Safety policy that clearly defines our responsibilities for all our people.
Promoting Sustainability
Environmental sustainability is perhaps the most important and universal challenge of our age. As a company, we are taking every possible step to minimise and continuously reduce the impact our growing business makes on the environment. This is reinforced by the award that we recently received in recognition of our efforts in relation to recycling.
