Rediscovering Value Workshop : Do you ever think the below:
How can I make sure that each function within my organisation or project is delivering value?
Are my employees engaged and clear in what my organisation or project is striving to achieve?
The word ‘Value’ is often over used or mis-represented with many un-clear of its true meaning. However, it is essential to understand what ‘Value’ really means to your organisation.
In order to ensure your organisation or projects are delivering true value we must first identify what it is that the project or organisation is there to achieve.
Through this workshop you will learn how to rediscover the value of your organisations objectives and ultimately how to achieve them through your operational or project delivery. Ensuring that all work is prioritised and assessed in relation to your objectives will provide you with a clear and practical route to eliminating unnecessary waste within your operation.
Generating a culture where every function has a purpose and value attached to it will not only ensure a more efficient and streamlined organisation, but will help engage your employees to enable them to understand how their contribution will provide real value to your organisation or project.
Speaker: Kate Gascoigne, Senior Consultant, PML Group
Utilising her expertise in performance improvement and change management, Kate will be facilitating this interactive workshop to help demonstrate how Senior Managers through to Project Leaders can and should be delivering value within their organisation.
