Programme Management
Management of the project lifecycle from your project brief through to Implementation. Monitoring and reporting the programme status which will include an overview of cost and benefits, managing the control process, Project Management, Risk Management and coaching and developing Project Managers.
Project Management
Identification and management of work streams, plan, define, scope and resource Project Managers where applicable. PML can also provide interim management to support teams moving through a transitional phase.
Self Directed Support Model
Development of a Self Directed model that is fit for purpose and one that will fully realise the benefits of Individual Budgets for your organisation and service users.
Brokerage and Support
Development of a Self Directed Facilitation and provision of partnering services, engage voluntary organisation/independent providers through workshop and awareness sessions on Personalisation.
Resource Allocation System (RAS)
Development of the RAS system, fine tune it to reflect your economic circumstances, test in a live environment, and ensure that there is equity.
Policy
Facilitation and assistance with the write up of policies and ensure that they are signed off in accordance with the governance structure within your organisation.
Change Management
We understand that this is a cultural change and will involve buy-in from your workforce. To affect this, we will produce a communication strategy and propose a new workforce model where applicable, subject to your requirements and manage the change management process to ensure a smooth transition.
