We will explore the issues which affect the performance of a team and prevent maximisation of results.   Using consensus-building techniques, the team will create strategies to overcome the barriers identified to delivering service excellence.   This inclusive route will increase ownership of the results and achieve long-lasting positive behavioural changes.
